This pair of mixed-use towers is the first phase of a transit-oriented, high-density residential and commercial development near the University of Calgary.

University City is the first project to be built towards the creation of a transit-oriented development in the heart of Calgary. Each of the 18 storey towers contains 216 residential units and a floor of commercial retail spaces on the street level.

The vision behind the development was to create sustainable, affordable housing along a major transit route. The floor plans for each unit were designed with efficiency in mind to make the most of the interior spaces.
