Her success and understanding of the management and implementation of projects stem from her dynamic past career experience as a co-owner and executive for a developer/builder, and a strong determination for success, having co-founded the infill division of the company. Her areas of expertise range from master planning and urban design to construction management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiating complex municipal approvals. Salima has dedicated years of her career to successfully managing innovative, mixed use developments and master plan projects. Her specific expertise in sales and marketing approaches, research on consumer groups’ housing preferences and media and public relations brings extensive development knowledge to the GEC team.
