The Taylor Family Campus Centre brings wellness, connection, and community to the heart of SAIT.

The Taylor Family Campus Centre (TFCC) is designed to be the heartbeat of SAIT’s campus—a place where students can recharge, connect, and thrive. More than just a building, it’s a welcoming hub that brings together recreation, health, student life, and social spaces in one vibrant, inclusive environment.

Stretching across more than 24,000 square metres, the TFCC is built to support the full student experience. It combines food services, gathering spaces, academic support, and a wide range of student services, offering something for everyone, whether working out, meeting friends, studying, or simply taking a moment to rest. The design prioritizes flexibility and openness, making it easy to move through the building while encouraging moments of connection along the way.

Athletics and wellness are central to the TFCC’s purpose. A triple gymnasium, running track, expansive fitness centre, multi-purpose studios, and a 700-seat arena provide plenty of space for activity and school spirit. Dedicated spaces for health programs—including an athletic therapy lab, health sciences lab, and clinical areas for massage therapy, dental, medical, and vision care—ensure students benefit directly while also supporting real-world learning opportunities for those in health-related programs.

At its core, the TFCC reflects SAIT’s commitment to student well-being—mind, body, and community. It's a place to move, to grow, and to feel at home. By creating space for balance and belonging, the Taylor Family Campus Centre will help shape a healthier, more connected future for SAIT’s campus community.

"It becomes the centrepiece of the campus — it’s where students gather, it’s where communities gather and it’s where you build a sense of community."
