We are looking for Intern Architects & Project Architects to join our team. Intern Architects & Project Architects are responsible for every aspect of the project delivery process including design, technical development, contract administration and preparing presentation materials. They are talented individuals who have a propensity for learning, showcasing and sharing their skills in innovative ways. They are currently registered with the AAA with a few years of experience in all project phases, ideally across multiple typologies.

Contract Administrator Edmonton, Calgary

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator is responsible for collaborating with contractors, ensuring that projects adhere to the contract documents, building and safety codes.

They will be responsible for review and comment of contract documents including drawings, specifications and construction contracts. They are responsible for reporting, supplemental instruction, contemplated change notice, change orders, review and issuance of certificate for payment. They will conduct regular site visits for construction progress review and quality control investigation, flag critical issues and alert team members, produce notes, addendums and assignments of responsibility and coordinate regular meetings with consultants, contractors and other experts.

They are a talented individual who has previous experience in contract administration, they have a propensity for learning, showcasing and sharing their skills. They have an interest in design and architecture and a dedication to their community.

Intermediate Technologists Edmonton, Calgary

We are looking for Technologists to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team with technical resolutions and contract documentation for our projects. During the construction phase of a project, you will provide support and input to the contract administrators to address items such as RFI’s and submittals.

You are a talented individual who has a propensity for learning, showcasing and sharing their skills. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to your community through individual involvement and thrive on opportunities to network. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry, have worked within multiple typologies and are knowledgeable with Revit.

We are looking for an Interior Designer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for every aspect of the project delivery process including concept, design, production documents, and preparing presentation materials. You are a talented specialist who has a propensity for learning, showcasing and sharing their skills in innovative ways. You are confident working as an independent Interior Designer on projects. You hold or are interested in working toward achieving NCIDQ or LID, you have a few years in the industry and have experience across varying typologies. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to your community through individual involvement and thrive on opportunities to network.

HR & Payroll Assistant Calgary, Edmonton

We are looking for an HR & Payroll Assistant to join our team, the team member may be located in Calgary or Edmonton.

The HR & Payroll Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR function within our studios by completing administration tasks and monthly payroll processing. They are a talented individual who has a propensity for learning. They have an interest in design and architecture and a dedication to their community.

The HR and Payroll Assistant reports to the Director, HR.

Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll & Benefit Administration
  • Vacation Tracking & Monthly Reconciliation
  • New Hire Setup & Onboarding Communication
  • Continuing Education and Professional Development Administration and Tracking
  • Quarterly Volunteer Event Organization
  • Scheduling for Recognition, Employee Engagement and Performance Management Meetings
  • Assist with annual review of Employee Policy Manual and related updates
  • Additional duties as assigned
