In this role, you will be responsible for every aspect of the project delivery process including design, technical development, contract administration and preparing presentation materials. You are a talented individual who has a propensity for learning, showcasing and sharing their skills in innovative ways. You are currently registered with the AAA as an Intern Architect or are eligible to do so. What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Technologist/Contract Administrator to join our Toronto studio. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team with technical resolutions and contract documentation for our projects. You will be responsible for collaborating with contractors, ensuring that projects adhere to the contract documents, building and safety codes.
You are responsible for reporting, supplemental instruction, contemplated change notice, change orders, review and issuance of certificate for payment. You will conduct regular site visits for construction progress review and quality control investigation, flag critical issues and alert team members, produce notes, addendums and assignments of responsibility and coordinate regular meetings with consultants, contractors and other experts.
You are a talented individual who has previous experience in contract administration, you have a propensity for learning, showcasing and sharing your skills. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to your community through individual involvement and thrive on opportunities to network.

You are a talented specialist who has a propensity for learning, showcasing and sharing their skills in innovative ways. You are confident working as an independent Interior Designer on projects. You hold or are interested in working toward achieving NCIDQ or LID. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to your community through individual involvement and thrive on opportunities to network.
