Londonderry and HSC in Award Magazine’s March 2021 Issue

Two of our newest projects, the Londonderry Affordable Housing Redevelopment in Edmonton and the Okanagan College Health Sciences Centre in Kelowna, are featured in the March 2021 issue of Award magazine. Firstly, the four-building / 240-unit Londonderry development revolutionizes the way affordable housing projects are developed; each main floor unit is designed as a walk out directly onto the street, reducing congestion. The X-shaped design provides a courtyard space that creates a central interior gathering space; X marks the spot! Secondly, Okanagan College’s Health Sciences Centre is a 2,800 square metre world-class learning environment, providing leading-edge healthcare training to the next generation of Canada’s frontline workers. This green-focused facility is targeting LEED Gold, the Zero Carbon Building Standard, and Silver Certification of the WELL Educational Pilot Program.

Also in this issue, ‘Back to Life’ is an article that talks about how restoration products provided solutions and time-saving benefits to our University of Alberta’s Dentistry and Pharmacy Building project!
