The Louise Station and Solaire Towers development is a public-private partnership between The City of Calgary and a private developer. This development is a new type of venture for The City of Calgary, presenting an opportunity for a municipal, multiple purpose building composed of affordable and market housing, a Fire/EMS Station, and small commercial retail units.

The two separate housing towers rise from the podium and contain the affordable (11 storeys – Louise Station) and market (18 storeys – Solaire) housing.
