Nearctic Property Group is a real estate development and property management firm based in Edmonton. GEC converted their existing, single-storey warehouse into a two-storey welcoming office space where staff can work, eat, and play under one roof. The resulting design is an inclusive, accommodating environment in which the company treats staff like family, and art, architecture, timber and accessibility are combined into a beautiful gallery-inspired space.
