The flagship business and industrial park for Oxford Properties in Calgary is located just north of the Calgary International Airport. The 190-acre parcel will house first-class industrial warehouse space, along with offices, hotels, and retail buildings.

For the initial phase of the work, GEC was tasked with the planning and design of a 41-acre site in the heart of the development to house warehouse and office buildings.
