The Rose Kohn Jimmie Condon Arenas, twin arenas built in 1968 and 1983 respectively, are a recreation centre and key community hub for physical and mental wellness. GEC was selected to provide a significant upgrade of the facilities from the building systems to the exterior.

Designed with the end-user in mind, the new renovations include upgraded mechanical and electrical building systems, integrated energy efficient equipment, and reconfigured spaces to meet accessibility and inclusion standards. Expansions include the Jimmie Condon arena with increased spectator seating, as well as additional meeting rooms to provide more programming opportunities.
