Since 2005, Bob has played critical roles in some of GEC’s most well-known projects, most notably within the transportation sector. He has served clients on all levels, led or supported many multidisciplinary teams, and helped deliver award-winning projects of every type, scale, and delivery method. Bob is an experienced architect and provides strategic and specialized expertise to other architects and designers. For much of the past 12 years he has focused on the design and sustainable integration of urban transit infrastructure. Bob continues to collaborate with diverse communities, governments and project teams to craft bold and elegant designs that serve our cities for decades to come.
Since completing his undergraduate and master’s degrees, Bob has always sought professional development opportunities as student, teacher and mentor. He has been an architecture studio critic and has delivered conference seminars locally and nationally. Bob was the co-author on the Calgary: An Approach to Design for Winter book for the City of Calgary’s World Winter City Committee.
