As a skilled Technical Lead & BIM Manager, Charles is dedicated to the coordination and digital delivery of GEC’s contract documents. With over 10 years of architectural technologist and project management experience across Canada, he has developed a remarkable ability to produce a harmonious dialogue between concept, design development, and construction documents. Charles’ experience spans a variety of sectors. Although projects are never the same, he strives to find best practices to ensure each project has a common baseline efficient delivery with quality in mind. He enjoys the complexity of unique projects requiring well-thought-out details to achieve. Charles has worked on a number of complex renovation and rehabilitation projects and clearly understands what the project deliverables need to illustrate to obtain the best results at the end of construction.
As a BIM Manager, Charles works to lead and train his colleagues, continually developing the team’s growth and moving in parallel with the ever-changing technologies.
