In Edmonton’s historic Glenora neighbourhood, West Block is turning an abandoned site into a lively, connected community. Once an unfinished development, it now stands as an example of how thoughtful design can bring new life to a neighbourhood. At its centre is 100 West Block—a 16-storey residential tower with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces that offer stunning views of downtown Edmonton and the river valley. 

West Block is more than a home. It’s built for connection. Residents step outside into a welcoming urban plaza lined with cafes, shops, and restaurants that invite people to gather throughout the year. Designed with Edmonton’s cold winters in mind, the heated plaza keeps the space comfortable even on chilly days, while warm timber and glass storefronts create a modern yet cozy atmosphere for tenants and visitors alike.
