Urban living at Edmonton’s core.

CX is a new, 20-storey condo and townhouse development within Edmonton’s Oliver neighbourhood, known as a hub for higher density multi-unit housing in central Edmonton. The building’s 222 units range from studio to three-bedroom units to four-bedroom dorm units and three-bedroom townhomes.

Located between two existing LRT stations linking to three post-secondary institutions and a host of other public amenities, GEC designed CX for ease-of-access and high-quality living experiences. Minutes away from restaurants, shops, nightlife and Edmonton’s river valley, the tower is the perfect boutique option for today’s urban lifestyles. The efficient floor plate of CX will create a project with a mixture of family types and ages, reinforcing the existing diversity within the Oliver neighbourhood.
